Thank you so much for visiting our site! My name is Carl Cearley, I am a certified RESNA Assistive Technology Professional (ATP). RESNA is the premier professional membership organization dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of people with disabilities through increasing access to technology solutions. Solutions such as powered mobility devices! The ATP certification recognizes demonstrated competence in analyzing the needs of consumers with disabilities, assisting in the selection of appropriate assistive technology for the consumers' needs, and providing training in the use of selected devices. I have over 15 years experience in the powered mobility business.

I contract my services in mobility selction to an Arkansas DME medical company, where I am grateful to be part of a great team to work with insurances to provide chairs.

We started Arkansas Power Mobility because we needed to offer chairs with the goal of OUTDOOR mobility. This is something insurances will not help you with, even if your doctor orders it. Insurances are selective on what chair they provide each patient. They will not provide ANY device with the purpose of outdoor mobility. Thats what we call the "red tape".
